The second neurocritical care fellowship match completed June 29, 2010 for positions starting July 1, 2011. The overall results are shown here:

2011 Match results:
- 33 programs offered at least 1 slot this year
- 58 slots were offered overall
- 33 applicants matched

Historically, for the 2010 match:
- 28 programs participated
- 49 positions were offered
- 25 applicants matched

More programs joined the match this year and the number of applicants using the match rose as well. We will be performing a survey of training programs to provide feedback about the match and this will be a topic of discussion at the upcoming NCS meeting in San Francisco this September.
