Wellstar Medical Group is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neuro Critical Care team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital.  This 202-bed non-profit hospital is located in Roswell, GA, approximately 25 miles north of downtown Atlanta, GA.  It is a Comprehensive Stroke Center with a neurosciences team that consists of Neurology, Neuro Critical Care, Neurosurgery, Rehab and Stroke Coordinator. 

Currently seeking experienced candidates for both Day and Night Shift opportunities.  FT Day shift is 3, 13 hour shifts a week (7a- 7pm) and FT Nights 3, 13-hour shifts (7pm - 7am); Part Time Nights working 2 13-hour shifts per week. Our APPs work alongside our 6 experienced Neuro Critical Care physicians.  This inpatient position will allow the experienced APP to provide continuity of care as they see their patients from admission through discharge.  

The ideal candidate will have ICU experience and experience in performing procedures (central lines, arterial lines, intrathecal medications administration and lumbar punctures). Must hold an ACNP or AG-ACNP certification or Physician Assistant.  ACLS/BLS required.  NIHSS and Modified Rankin certified.
