• Prices are in CAD. Registration fees are exclusive of GST (5%).

• Early bird rates will be automatically applied if you register before June 15, 2025.

• Member societies have special pricing. If you are a member, please have your discount code provided by your society ready during registration. If you are not a member, contact your corresponding society for more information (i.e. ANZICS, SCCM, CSCCM, KSCCM, ESCCEM, etc.).

• Low and low-middle income countries defined by the World Bank have discounted pricing.

• If you are a student, trainee, resident or fellow: proof of enrollment (ex: student/resident ID with expiry date or your program/faculty confirmation of current enrollment) will be required and uploaded during registration. 

• If you are a person with lived experience, please contact info@wcicc2025.com. This category is intended for non-healthcare persons.

  • Definition of a person with lived experience:

    • individuals who have survived a critical illness and intensive care unit admission

    • caregivers and substitute decision makers who have had a loved one admitted to the intensive care unit irrespective of whether they survived their hospital stay or not

       

  Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  An administration fee of $100 applies to all cancellation before August 15, 2025. If you cancel on or before June 16, 2025, 100% will be refunded minus administration fees. If you cancel between June 17 to August 15, 2025, 50% will be refunded minus administration fees. NO REFUNDS will be refunded on or after August 16, 2025.

  Cancellation must be in writing/received by email and sent to info@wcicc2025.com.

  WCICC2025 and CCCS reserves the right to make changes to the program without notification. If the program is not held for any reason, WCICC2025 and CCCS's liability is limited to the registration fee.
