St. Luke’s University Health Network, the region’s largest, most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship trained Intensivist to join our highly respected critical care team at our University Hospital Campus, located in beautiful Bethlehem, PA.
Our current team consists of 5 physicians that work in collaboration with our team of experienced critical care advanced practitioners.
The physician would be responsible for care of general medical, neuro, cardiovascular, and cardiac surgery patients. The ideal candidate is experienced with all of these populations, eligible for neuro critical care board certification, and experienced with the full range of critical care therapies including mechanical circulatory support. You would serve as the leader of a multidisciplinary rounding team including students, residents, advanced practitioners, critical care pharmacists, respiratory therapists, & critical care nurses. Care is coordinated with the full spectrum of specialists. Hours include both days and nights, 14 shifts in every 4 week block. The shifts are combination of 8 & 12 hour shifts.
