An Academic Hospital in Massachusetts is looking for an experienced Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The Neuroscience Critical Care Unit team of five Neurointensivists and 7 Advanced Practitioners is growing as their beds are increasing from 6 to 11. The practitioner’s duties include: history taking; physical assessment; development and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic plans; interpretation of physical exam laboratory, imaging, and physiologic data; clinical documentation; and some invasive procedures including arterial and central venous line placement. Be part of a supportive team with plenty of autonomy caring for Neurocritically ill patients at this Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
