Please read below for information regarding the new dues structure.

Starting in 2017, NCS is transitioning from a calendar year for membership dues renewal to a June 1st to May 31st cycle.  Due to this change in timing, for 2017 only, membership dues cover 17 months of membership instead of the traditional 12 months.  This means that in paying 2017 dues, your membership will be covered from January 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018.  Dues have been prorated to cover 17 months of membership, but rates have NOT gone up.

Exclusive Member Publications

Neurocritical Care Journal

Neurocritical Care is a peer reviewed scientific publication whose major goal is to disseminate new knowledge on all aspects of acute neurological care. It is directed towards neurosurgeons, neuro-intensivists, neurologists, anesthesiologists, emergency physicians, and critical care nurses treating patients with urgent neurologic disorders. These are conditions that may potentially evolve rapidly and could need immediate medical or surgical intervention. Neurocritical Care provides a comprehensive overview of current developments in intensive care neurology, neurosurgery and neuroanesthesia and includes information about new therapeutic avenues and technological innovations.

Currents eMag

Currents is the quarterly NCS eMag which focuses on relevant and cutting-edge information in the neurocritical care field, as well as news within the Neurocritical Care Society. Each publication is sure to please with articles ranging from neurocritical care technology, advocacy, ethics, resources for our multi-disciplinary membership, to our very own News Brief of NCS members.

The NEWS (NEW Science in Neurocritical Care)

Every month, we will review and highlight recent scientific articles in Neurocritical care from highly regarded journals in the medical sciences that are deemed to be impactful. However, in the spirit of acknowledging the diverse membership of NCS we plan to review selected high impact general and pediatric Neurocritical care articles that will find a place in our day-to-day Neurocritical practice.
