Exhibit at the Annual Meeting
$4,200 per 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.)
The exhibit package cost include these benefits:
- Standard drapery, identification sign, 6' draped table, (2) chairs, wastebasket at in-person event
- Two (2) in-person exhibitor badges per 10' x 10'*
- Exhibitor listing online, in mobile app, and in online floor plan
*Exhibitor registration includes access to networking events and all refreshment breaks including group meals, as well as full access to the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors must wear their badge in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall for set-up and teardown. Exhibitors are prohibited from attending any Symposia Presentations unless sponsored by their own company/employer. Additional Exhibitor registration badges are available for $385 each.
