This interactive 2-hour masterclass provides Advanced Practice Providers and bedside clinicians with a practical approach to EEG interpretation in the neurocritical care setting. Through focused didactic sessions and case-based learning, participants will review EEG fundamentals, recognize common normal and abnormal patterns, identify urgent findings requiring escalation of care, and apply EEG interpretation to real-world clinical decision-making.

Objectives:
- Describe the fundamental principles and clinical role of EEG in neurocritical care, including normal background activity, common artifacts, standardized terminology, and EEG reporting.
- Recognize broadly concerning EEG findings, including possible seizures, status epilepticus, periodic discharges, and other changes that require further evaluation or escalation of care.
- Use EEG information, reports, trends, and clinical context to support bedside decision-making, communicate concerns effectively, and escalate appropriately to the multidisciplinary care team and EEG specialist.
