The NCS Learning Center is getting a major upgrade. Improvements are well underway to deliver a more user-friendly and enhanced learning experience.
To ensure a smooth transition, the current Learning Center will not be available starting on Monday, August 18.
As a reminder:
- If you still have time left on your course, you will be enrolled in your course in the new Learning Center, but your status and any certificates of completion will not be transferred.
- Starting on August 18, you will not be able to make any purchases. Please plan to make any course or product purchases after August 29.

Can I make a course or product purchase in the Learning Center during this time?
No, we do not suggest making a purchase during this time as any purchases or courses will not be transferred over to the new Learning Center. The ability to purchase products will be disabled as of Monday, August 18. Please wait to make any course or product purchases until after August 29.
What level of access will users have to the Learning Center through August 29?
If you need to access the Learning Center you will be able to do so until Monday, August 18, but any progress in your courses during this time will not be saved. As of Monday, August 18, the current Learning Center will not be available. The new Learning Center will be launched at the end of the month.
Will I lose access to course and product purchases after August 29?
If you still have time left on your course, you will be enrolled in your course in the new Learning Center, but your status and any certificates of completion will not be transferred.
Will there be any way for me to access certificates after July 21?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide access to certificates or transcripts after July 21.
