Registration

What is included with full meeting registration?

Full meeting registration includes access to keynote and plenary sessions, concurrent breakout sessions, poster presentations, the Exhibit Hall, networking events, and the annual meeting mobile app. Please note that workshops and the NCS Social Event on Thursday night require additional fees.

Are workshops included with registration?

No. Workshops require a separate registration fee. Please view the Workshop webpage for pricing and details.

Can I register on-site in Seattle?

Yes, on-site registration will be available.

Can I register for a single day?

Yes, you may select a single-day option during the registration process. Please note that workshops are only available to single-day registrants who attend on Tuesday, October 20. 

Are discounted registration rates available?

NCS offers an early registration rate for all attendee categories and additional discounts for NCS members and select attendee categories. Available registration categories and pricing are listed on the Registration webpage.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registration@neurocriticalcare.org by Friday, September 26, 2026, and must include documentation supporting the reason for cancellation. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee. After September 26, 2026, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Yes. Registration substitutions may be made at no additional cost by emailing registration@neurocriticalcare.org by Friday, October 9, 2026.

How do I update my registration information after registering?

To update your registration details, please use the link provided in your registration confirmation email. Log in to your registration using the email used for registration and the password created during registration. If you cannot locate your confirmation email or you have forgotten your registration password, please contact registration@neurocriticalcare.org.

I did not receive my registration confirmation. What should I do?

Registration confirmation emails are sent once registration is completed. If you cannot find your registration confirmation, please first check your spam folder, then contact registration@neurocriticalcare.org.

Planning Your Trip

Where will the 2026 Annual Meeting take place?

The NCS 24th Annual Meeting will be held at the Seatle Convention Center in Seattle, Washington, USA.

Is there an official hotel block?

Yes, NCS has reserved discounted room blocks at the Grand Hyatt Seattle and Sheraton Grand Seattle, both a short walk (approximately 5–7 minutes) from the Seattle Convention Center. View the Hotel + Travel webpage for more details. 

When does the hotel block close?

Discounted hotel rates expire September 21. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the deadline.

What airport should I fly into?

The closest major airport is Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA), located approximately 15 miles (24 km) south of downtown Seattle, about a 20–30-minute drive, depending on traffic. 

What should I wear?

Business casual attire is recommended. Meeting room temperatures can vary, so bringing a light jacket or sweater is encouraged.

Program and Meeting Experience

When will the full agenda be available?

The full meeting agenda will be posted on the annual meeting website in June and available in the mobile app, which will be available for download in September.

Will session recordings or on-demand access be available after the meeting?

Information about session recordings and post-meeting access will be shared closer to the meeting.

Will on-site childcare be available?

No, on-site childcare will not be available at the 2026 Annual Meeting.

Workshops

How do I register for workshops?

Workshops may be added during the registration process for an additional fee. Space may be limited.

Can I change or add a workshop after registering?

Workshop changes or additions are possible and based on availability. Please view the Workshops webpage for details on how to add a workshop to your existing registration. Contact registration@neurocriticalcare.org for additional assistance.

Mobile App

When will I receive access to the annual meeting mobile app?

Registered attendees will receive access to the annual meeting mobile app and platform in September.

What can I do in the mobile app?

The app allows attendees to view the meeting schedule, access maps, build a personal agenda, view session details and connect with fellow attendees.

How do I log in to the mobile app?

Login instructions will be emailed to registered attendees once app access becomes available.

Continuing Education

How do I claim CE credit?

CE credit can be claimed through the live meeting evaluation process. After the meeting, attendees will receive instructions to complete evaluations and download certificates.

How do I access CE information from past annual meetings?

If you completed evaluations for meetings held between 2013 and 2024 and need a certificate, or have general CE questions, please complete the support request form through CineMed.

What accessibility accommodations are available?
