Make the most of your Annual Meeting experience with opportunities to connect with colleagues, discover new ideas and build meaningful relationships. From interactive workshops and Poster Hall Rounds to the Exhibit Hall Reception and NCS’s signature social event, there are plenty of ways to learn, network and have fun beyond the sessions.
Hands-Workshops
Workshops are hands-on sessions that provide an opportunity to learn directly from experienced neurocritical care professionals in a small group setting. Workshops will only be held in person on Monday, October 19, and Tuesday, October 20, and require an additional fee at registration.

Exhibit Hall Reception

Join NCS and our partners in the exhibit hall for snacks and beverages during the Exhibit Hall Reception! Reconnect with colleagues, make new connections and learn about the latest products, services, and solutions to help your hospital or practice.
Poster Hall and Distinguished Professor Rounds
Wednesday, Oct. 21
4:00–5:00 p.m.
This time is designated for in-person attendees to view posters on display. We encourage poster authors to remain by their posters during this time to network with attendees and introduce their research. This session will include the Distinguished Professor Rounds of the top-scoring abstracts.
NCS Social Event: Pike After Dark
Thursday, Oct. 22
7:00–10:00 p.m.
Experience Seattle in true NCS style. Join us for Pike After Dark, our signature evening social event inspired by the energy, character and unmistakable spirit of Pike Place Market. Come prepared for great food and drinks, high-energy entertainment, unexpected surprises and plenty of Seattle spirit. Watch fish fly as fishmongers bring the famous Pike Place tradition to life, then get ready for a special appearance by Blitz, the Seattle Seahawks’ iconic mascot, and their drumline as they bring the energy and excitement of Seattle’s reigning Super Bowl champions to the party. It’s an evening to connect, laugh, let loose and make memories with the NCS community – all in a setting you won’t find anywhere else at the Annual Meeting. This is more than a networking event – it’s the party of the Annual Meeting. Get your ticket and be part of the night everyone will be talking about.

How to Add a Reception Ticket to Your Registration
- Log in to NCS and navigate to your profile.
- On the left navigation, select "Events" then "Upcoming Events."
- You will see information about your annual meeting registration. Click on "Details" to open a new page.
- If you do not see your registration details, select "Register to Attend" and enter your name to pull up your purchase information. Then select "Details."
- Click "Add Session +" to view available purchase options.
