Letters of Invitation
If you require a visa invitation letter to support attendance at the Annual Meeting, you will be prompted during the registration process. The registration form includes a question regarding visa letter needs; if you select “Yes,” you will be asked to provide the necessary information. Your registration confirmation will also include instructions for printing your visa invitation letter.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by Friday, September 26, 2026, to registration@neurocriticalcare.org and include documentation supporting the reason for cancellation. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued less a $100 administrative fee. After September 26, 2026, all registrations are final and non-refundable.
Substitutions: Registration substitutions may be made at no additional cost by emailing registration@neurocriticalcare.org no later than Friday, October 9, 2026. Substitutions will be applied as a credit toward the 2026 Annual Meeting.
Hotel Reservations: Please note that hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.
