Evaluation Instructions

CME, CNE, and Pharmacy credit hours will be provided to 20th Annual Meeting attendees by Ciné-Med. As in past years, all attendees will receive a link to complete evaluations at the close of the meeting and certificates will be sent via email. To claim your continuing education credits, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create a Ciné-Med account. The Credit Tracking site is not tied to your NCS membership account, so you must create a new login. Please note that the email address you use for this login is where your completed certificate will be sent.
  2. Log into Ciné-Med using this link.
  3. Fill out the individual surveys within each session in the NCS Annual Meeting app/virtual platform.
  4. Once you have claimed all the evaluations for the sessions you have attended, you must take the evaluation survey below before you receive your continuing education certificate.

NOTE: Pharmacists must claim all their credits within 30 days of the meeting for the credits to appear in the CPE Monitor Account.

20th Annual Meeting – Evaluation FAQs

How many total continuing education (CE) hours will be available for the 2022 Annual Meeting?
All paid attendees, both in-person and virtual, will be able to earn up to 70.5 contact hours. This total includes the workshops and masterclass sessions, which are an additional fee.

How do I complete my evaluations, claim CE, and get my certificate for the 20th Annual Meeting?
In the live meeting evaluation, you will be able to complete session evaluations just as you have for our past Annual Meetings, including all plenary sessions, poster sessions, and one session per concurrent session time slot. You will be able to complete the session evaluations in the mobile app. You’ll then complete the overall evaluation. Please check back after the Annual Meeting for the session evaluation link.

This evaluation process is the same for both in-person and virtual attendees. All attendees will be able to claim their CE hours as part of the credit claiming process detailed above.

The email address you use for your Ciné-Med login is where your completed certificate will be sent.

Why so many usernames and passwords? Can’t I carry the same one over from site to site?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Just as we adapted to this new virtual meeting environment, so did Ciné-Med and its accrediting bodies.

I still have questions. Who do I contact?
Reach out to https://cine-med.com/contact with any further questions.
