Evaluation Instructions

CME, CNE, and Pharmacy credit hours will be provided to 19th Annual Meeting attendees by Ciné-Med. As in past years, all attendees will receive a link to complete evaluations at the close of the meeting and certificates will be sent via email. To claim your continuing education credits, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create a Ciné-Med account. The evaluations site is NOT tied to your NCS membership account, so you must create a new login. Please note that the email address you use for this login is where your completed certificate will be sent.
  2. Log into Ciné-Med using this link.
  3. Once you have claimed all the sessions you have attended, there is an overall evaluation to complete before you receive your continuing education certificate.

Please note, access to all recordings and meeting materials will be active until December 31st. All registered attendees will receive a notification when the session recordings become available on the Swapcard platform. Please read our comprehensive evaluation FAQ document and contact info@neurocriticalcare.org with any further questions.

How many total continuing education (CE) hours will be available for the 2021 Annual Meeting?
All paid attendees, both in-person and virtual, will be able to earn up to 38 contact hours. This total does not include any workshop or masterclass sessions, which are an additional fee.

How do I claim my CE credits?
All attendees will be able to claim their first 17.5 CE hours (and CE for any applicable workshops or masterclasses) as part of the live meeting evaluation process. All remaining additional CE evaluations will be completed through NCS On-Demand at no additional charge to registered attendees.
