Exhibit at the Annual Meeting
$4,000 per 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.)
The exhibit package cost includes both in-person and virtual experience benefits:
- Standard drapery, identification sign, 6’ draped table, (2) chairs, wastebasket at in-person event
- Two (2) in-person exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’*

*Exhibitor registration includes access to all educational sessions, all networking events, and all refreshment breaks including group meals as well as full access to the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors must wear their badge in order to gain access to the Exhibit Hall for set-up and teardown. Exhibitors are prohibited from attending any Symposia Presentations unless sponsored by their own company/employer. Additional Exhibitor registration badges are available for $250 each.

Symposia Presentation Opportunities
Get in front of NCS members and Annual Meeting attendees through presentation opportunities.
Lunch Symposia (F&B Provided by NCS) - $45,000
Take advantage of the opportunity to capture the attention of your target audience by sponsoring a lunch symposia where you can present on your company’s findings or products. Symposia can be accredited or non-accredited. NCS will provide a basic lunch for up to 150 attendees. Symposia can also be presented to attendees in the virtual platform (no additional fee).

Breakfast Symposia with Upgraded Breakfast - $30,000

Breakfast Symposia with Continental Breakfast - $20,000
Take advantage of the opportunity to capture the attention of your target audience by sponsoring a breakfast symposia where you can present on your company’s findings or products. NCS will provide a continental breakfast for up to 150 attendees in San Antonio. Symposia can also be presented to attendees in the virtual platform (no additional fee).
Event and Networking Sponsorships
Exhibit Hall Opening Reception - $30,000
Elevate your presence in the Exhibit Hall. As sponsor of the Opening Reception, your brand will be promoted on signage at the entrance, signage at bars and food stations and on cocktail napkins. Additionally, sponsor will be provided with scanned badges for every attendee who comes to the reception.
INCC Reception (Exclusive) - $12,500
Come together with NCS leadership during the Inclusion in Neurocritical Care Committee (INCC) Reception. INCC supports and encourages women in neurocritical care and other individuals underrepresented in neurocritical care. The reception will celebrate progress and foster involvement for future initiatives. Sponsor will be provided with attendee list and sponsor representatives can network at the event.
Pharmacy Reception (Exclusive) - $12,500
Network with your target audience during the Annual Meeting Pharmacy Reception, exclusive to pharmacists and industry partner representatives. Sponsor will be provided with attendee list and sponsor representatives can network at the event.
Advanced Practice Providers Reception (Exclusive) - $12,500
Network with your target audience during the Annual Meeting Pharmacy Reception, exclusive to advanced practice providers and industry partner representatives. Sponsors will be provided with attendee list and sponsor representatives can network at the event.
Live Focus Group (Limited Number Available) - $15,000
NCS will recruit 8-12 field experts for a 90-minute, in-depth focus group on the topic chosen by the sponsor. Hold this face-to-face event during the conference.
Booth Snack Station - $7,500
Draw traffic to your booth by hosting a fun snack station. Sponsor to select from a variety of different snacks for the station.
Hosted Bar in Exhibit Booth - $7,500
Draw traffic to your booth by hosting a bar in or near your booth space. Sponsor to select from a variety of different beverages for the station.
Ancillary Event - $5,000 per event
An ancillary event, reception, hospitality suite or advisory board is any event wherein you are inviting more than ten (10) NCS attendees, onsite or offsite. All Ancillary Events require NCS approval and incur the Ancillary Event fee. Onsite space will be accommodated first-come, first-served. Subject to blackout dates and times.
Private Meeting Room (Limited Availability) - $5,000
Private Meetings are limited to up to 10 Annual Meeting attendees per meeting. Room assigned for the duration of Annual Meeting. Reserve a private meeting room for the duration of the conference to hold one-on-one or group conversations with attendees about your company and products. Limited availability, sold on first-come, first-served basis to exhibiting companies only.
Wireless Internet (Exclusive) - $15,000
Sponsor wireless Internet access throughout the conference and in the Exhibit Hall. Sponsor will be recognized in Wi-Fi promotions; sponsor logo and message to appear each time attendees access Wi-Fi, along with a link to a URL of your choice.
Water Bottles (Exclusive) - $12,500
Company logo featured on refillable water bottle provided to all onsite registrants at check-in. Water bottle will be co-branded with NCS and sponsor logos.
Hotel Key Cards (Exclusive) - $12,500
Custom hotel key cards imprinted with company name and logo alongside the NCS logo. Attendees will see your brand every time they enter their hotel room.
Conference Tote Bag (Exclusive) - $12,500
Logo and tagline on NCS co-branded attendee bags distributed at registration.
Poster Abstract Session (Exclusive) - $10,000
Sponsor poster receptions and abstract presentations, two of the most popular events that take place during the NCS Annual Meeting. Sponsor will be recognized at the in-person meeting and on the virtual platform.
Charging Station (Exclusive) - $10,000
Help attendees charge up to stay digitally connected! Two stations will be located throughout the conference with company branding included.
Coffee Break (3 available) - $10,000
Sponsor a coffee break – sponsor will be recognized on signage, table tents and napkins during break. Attendees can also drop their business card for a $100 Starbucks gift card. Business cards will be provided to sponsor.
Sanitizing Station (Exclusive) - $10,000
Sponsor will be recognized via logo on all sanitizing stations throughout the conference.
Hydration Station (Exclusive) - $5,000
Hydration station to include logo displayed on the water coolers and signage throughout the conference.
Marketing and Advertising Opportunities
Hotel Room Drop (Limited Availability) - $5,000
Arrange to have your unique marketing message delivered to attendees’ hotel rooms throughout the conference.
Promotional Floor Decals (3 available) - $2,500 per decal.
One 3’x3’ decal with your artwork will be placed in conference common space.
Take One Table Collateral - $500
Include your postcard or marketing piece on the Take-One table, located near the registration desk, for all attendees to grab.
